Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of Daylight's software and services. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.

2. Accounts and seats

Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually. Seats can be added or removed at any time; changes prorate to your next invoice. You're responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Daylight to process data you don't have the right to process
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the ranking model or resell access without a partner agreement
• Don't use the product to send unsolicited communications through connected integrations

4. Data and integrations

You control which integrations are connected and can disconnect any of them at any time. We process connected data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.

5. Payment and cancellation

Trials run 14 days with no card required. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period, except where required by law.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but Daylight's recommendations are a decision aid, not a guarantee of outcome, and we are not liable for business decisions made using them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email and on the changelog at least 14 days before taking effect.
