Privacy policy

Daylight ("we", "us") builds a product that reads signals from tools you connect — your CRM, calendar, inbox and call recordings — to produce a short daily list. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you connect an integration, we read the minimum data needed to score and rank items:

• Deal metadata from your CRM (stage, owner, value, last activity)
• Calendar events you're invited to, including attendee lists
• Inbox thread metadata and, where you enable it, message content for scoring
• Call transcripts, when you connect a call-recording integration
• Account and billing details you provide directly (name, email, company, payment method)

How we use it

Signal data is used only to build your daily digest and to improve the ranking model for your account. We do not sell signal data, and we do not use your customers' data to train models shared across other customers without separating and anonymising it first.

How long we keep it

History is retained according to your plan (7 to 90 days, or unlimited on Scale). You can request full deletion of your workspace's data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us — we process deletion requests within 30 days.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) who are contractually bound to the same standards. We never share your data with other customers, and we never sell it to third parties for advertising.

Your choices

• Disconnect any integration at any time — its signals stop immediately and existing data ages out on schedule
• Export your account data as a CSV from Settings
• Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing our privacy contact below
